and we will do everthing we can to make your buying experience a pleasant and rewarding one. We maintain an inventory that is of the utmost quality and take pride in providing you with quality items at reasonable prices. We keep our descriptions simple, clear and accurate.

Acceptable Payment Methods:
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Money Orders, Cashier and Personal Checks. Shipments will be made as soon as funds are released to our account.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax of 7.75% will be added for California residents only.

Returns:
We are so sure you will love our products that we accept returns without question if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping is your responsibility. Goods must be insured, well packaged and returned unmodified and in same condition they were sent. All returns are for full cash back upon receipt of goods unless otherwise requested. Please make sure to notify us immediately if there is any problem with your order. We will go out of our way to resolve any problems.

Insurance:
Shipping insurance is required for both United States and international shipments.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
We make every effort to securely package our items. If an item is damaged or lost in shipment make sure to notify us immediately and we will assist you with the insurance claim.

Shipping Costs:
Domestic (US) shipping is free up to 70lbs. International shipping is is charged based on destination rate. Please contact us for exact international shipping and insurance costs. If possible we will combine multiple items to reduce shipping charges and fees. Expedited shipping is available but at extra cost depending on destination. Contact us for specifics.

Order turnover:
We will ship item 1-2 days after payment is received if not sooner. We ship using UPS, USPS, and DHL unless otherwise requested. We ship Internationally, Please contact us for details.

Non-Payment:
If we have not received payment or been contacted by the buyer to arrange payment within 2 weeks of a sale we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and restock and relist the item.
